KDPM Consulting Group sought to better understand the impact of its leadership development programming beyond general participant satisfaction. The organization needed a structured and credible way to assess whether participants were experiencing meaningful growth in areas such as cultural identity, creativity, psychological wellbeing, community connection, and leadership development.
Approach:
Reinvent Strategic Solutions developed a customized, culturally responsive evaluation framework and assessment tool aligned with the organization’s proprietary Cultural Innovation & Creative Capital Framework. This included defining key constructs, developing operational definitions, designing structured Likert-scale and open-ended items, organizing subscales, and creating an instrument capable of measuring transformation at individual, community, and collective levels.
Outcome:
The client received a tailored assessment tool and evaluation framework that aligns with the program’s goals and cultural context while supporting long-term scalability. The project is now entering the pilot phase as an early step toward standardization, positioning the organization to collect meaningful data, strengthen delivery, communicate impact, and support future funding and expansion.

Hospitality & Tourism
Challenge:
R&B Retreats needed a more consistent and effective way to maintain social media engagement and attract bookings. The owner had limited time to manage content manually, which led to inconsistent posting, reduced visibility, and no clear workflow from marketing idea to inquiry or reservation.
Approach:
Reinvent Strategic Solutions designed a strategic, systems-based marketing solution centered on a custom AI-powered social media workflow. This included mapping a process from idea to content to posting to booking, aligning messaging to the business’s primary fishing audience and secondary leisure audiences, and designing automation for content creation, graphic generation, and scheduling.
Outcome:
The client responded positively to the clarity and structure of the solution, and the project is currently in development. Once fully implemented, the system is designed to reduce the owner’s marketing burden, maintain a consistent social media presence, increase audience visibility, and support growth in bookings and inquiries.

Challenge:
A doctoral candidate conducting a qualitative study on Black women’s experiences with uterine fibroids needed support navigating the dissertation process while balancing full-time professional responsibilities. Key challenges included strengthening the study design, ensuring alignment across the problem, purpose, and research questions, and refining the qualitative methodology.

Key challenges included increasing practitioner accessibility, developing clearer dissemination pathways, preserving scholarly rigor while reducing academic complexity, and positioning the work as actionable thought leadership for organizational and leadership contexts.

Reinvent Strategic Solutions developed a structured approach for translating academic research into practical insights for leaders and decision-makers. This included creating practitioner-facing dissemination frameworks, developing the Evidence-to-Decision Brief™ framework and standardized templates, reframing findings around real-world leadership and implementation challenges, and creating publication-ready dissemination materials that translated complex research into accessible, evidence-informed insights for leadership audiences.
